Job Title: Receiving Clerk with High Reach Forklift & SAP or similar experience

Location: Minto

Shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm

Payrate: $38 per hour inclusive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Receiving Clerk based at our client site Minto, this role will be responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate dispatch and receipt of goods, ensuring our supply chain operations run smoothly.

Job Description:

　Your core responsibilities will include:

• Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any delivery or receipt issues
• Managing and coordinating outgoing and incoming procedures, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying orders, generating documentation
• Labelling of all incoming pallets
• Support the warehouse team with general duties , dispatch, receiving, put-away, and order picking tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

　To be considered for this position you will:

• Previous experience in a similar dispatch or receiving role, preferably within the logistics or warehousing industry
• Experience with PC management systems & SAP highly beneficial
• Current Forklift Licence with High Reach experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to complete multiple duties and work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Sound understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes
